In this tutorial, you’ll install and configure Claude Code, Anthropic’s terminal-based AI coding assistant, and put it to work on real data science tasks. Claude Code understands your project context and can write, refactor, and debug code through natural language, letting you focus on analysis instead of boilerplate.

You’ll obtain an Anthropic API key, install Claude Code via npm, and learn the core commands for data science workflows.
