In this project, you’ll take on the role of a data analyst at a telecommunications company. Your challenge is to explore customer data in Excel to identify profiles of those likely to churn. Retaining customers is crucial for telecom providers, so your insights will help inform proactive retention efforts.
You’ll conduct exploratory data analysis, calculating key statistics, building PivotTables to slice the data, and creating charts to visualize your findings. This project provides hands-on experience with core Excel skills for data-driven business decisions that will enhance your analyst portfolio.
