Guided Project: Winning Jeopardy

In the Hypothesis Testing: Fundamentals course, we learned the theory behind several techniques that can help us do more robust data analysis. In this guided project, we will combine all these skills to perform practical data analysis.

For this guided project, we'll analyze Jeopardy questions to see if we can find patterns in the questions that could help you win. Jeopardy is a long-running, popular quiz competition show in the US that has aired more than 8,000 episodes.

Working on guided projects gives you hands-on experience with real world examples, so we encourage you to take your time and make sure you really understand the concepts.

These projects are meant to challenge you, so don't be discouraged if you need to refer back to previous missions. If you haven't worked with Jupyter Notebook before or need a refresher, we recommend completing our Jupyter Notebook Guided Project before continuing.

As with all guided projects, we encourage you to experiment and explore, which will not only help you better learn the concepts, but it will help you create a compelling addition to your portfolio!
